Homeowners Associations (HOAs) often establish various committees to enhance community governance and ensure residents have a voice in how their neighborhood is managed. Adhoc Governance and Community Health Committee
Purpose: To review and enhance how our HOA operates—from resolving concerns to improving communication.
Duties:
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) / Design Review Committee
Purpose: Ensures that modifications or additions to homes comply with community guidelines.

Finance or Budget Committee
Purpose: Oversees the financial health and planning of the HOA.

Covenants/Compliance Committee
Purpose: Enforces the community's rules and regulations (CC&Rs).

Landscape or Grounds Committee
Purpose: Manages the appearance and upkeep of common areas.
